#ThriftyThursday: The Berea Goodwill is my galentine

#ThriftyThursday: Valentine’s (or should I say GALentine’s) Day is just two weeks away, and I cannot wait to wear this fun, pink outfit on February 14! Everything pictured is from the Berea Goodwill, and I even scored a color of the week sale item.

Starting with the sweater, it’s the sweetest! Ann Taylor LOFT is one of my favorite brands to thrift. The sleeves on this top are a wool material and the body is heavily woven with a metallic polish overtop. Tip: Lightweight sweaters can carry you through fall, winter, and spring! It’s hard to believe I paid just $4.29.

These stoned-washed black skinny jeans are the most comfortable pair of denim I have EVER owned! Seriously, I never want to take them off. Luckily for me, they were tagged with the

color of the week, so I took them home for just $2.65! Talk about Goodwill gold.

The bold colors, pattern, and unique shapes of the accessories make me LOVE this whole look! A good medium-sized purse is a staple piece for any closet. This Guess handbag was in perfect condition, and I paid just $3.99. As for the shoes, the soles still had the sizing sticker; they had never hit the ground! I paid just $3.99 for them, too. I pulled the whole look together with this soft, cotton scarf. The Berea store had a great scarf selection, and each is only $1.79!

I loved planning my Valentine’s Day dinner outfit at the Berea location and I know you will too. I purchased this entire look for less than $17!

We help people with disabilities or other disadvantages achieve and maintain employment to gain a better quality of life.

what we do

Goodwill collects and sells donated items to fund programs for Kentuckians who have disabilities or other challenges in finding and maintaining traditional employment.
