#ThriftyThursday: This week's gem

April 13, 2017

I often refer to my #ThriftyThursday finds as “gems.” I recently found the most striking of them all at the Elizabethtown location (Dixie Highway) for just $9.99. This 24% full lead crystal, handmade Block jewelry organizer is STUNNING!

When I spotted the four-piece set, it was brand new and wrapped in its original packaging. After finding it was in perfect condition, I purchased it to help me organize my thrifted accessories!

I have grown to love its simplicity. Not only is it beautiful, but it is also easy to use. Its weight keeps it stable on my vanity, which is important with chunky necklaces and watches! The small box holds my earrings and the cylinder keeps all my rings in one place. This #ThriftyThursday is perfect for this Goodwill guru!

Goodwill has so many unique donations come through the door! Don’t overlook items just because they aren’t hanging on a rack. Using creativity to meet your fashion needs will go a long way!

Best,

A

what we do

Goodwill collects and sells donated items to fund programs for Kentuckians who have disabilities or other challenges in finding and maintaining traditional employment.
