#ThriftyThursday: A classic clean for spring

March 17, 2017

#ThriftyThursday: Spring is in season, and that means cleaning up and out! I found this matching set of Godinger and Company canisters at the Radcliff location for $5.99 and $6.99.

These home essentials are an antique white with beading around the top and metal stands holding the bottom. Their rubber seals and lids ensure freshness and less mess. They are perfect for keeping things tidy! I filled the smaller container with flour, and the larger with cooking utensils.

Now, flour is easily accessible and spatulas, tongs, and serving spoons are no longer cluttering kitchen drawers.

The kitchen’s neutral tiled wall coordinates well with the set, making them a #ThriftyThursday find!

My spring-cleaning tip: look for ways to make your every day life easier! More often than not, the places that are cluttered and unorganized are the most frequently visited. Donate what you don’t use to create more space.

Best,

A
