#ThriftyThursday: A lady in leather

#ThriftyThursday: Leather layers add character to a lady’s style. However, not every leather jacket is classified as edgy. I recently found three unique leather layers at Goodwill that are classy and feminine!

The navy jacket: I LOVE the puffed shoulders and gold accents. It is often thought that dark is difficult to wear. However, this Last Kiss jacket defies that stereotype; it is ladylike with structure. I discovered this chic look at the Radcliff location with an original $24.99 tag attached.

The pink jacket: This cute number was found at the Glasgow location. With a Hollister tag, I knew its quality would not disappoint. Its pressed collar and zippered sleeves give the jacket a casual look. Hitting at the hips, the overall look of this jacket suggests a pop of color for any basic outfit.

The cream short-sleeve: Retailing for nearly $55, this ZARA Trafaluc Collection leather quilted top is nothing short of adorable. I purchased this versatile piece at the Stonewall location (Lexington) with the brand’s price intact. The unique stitching and polished details of this short-sleeved outerwear made it a find I just could not pass up!

I conditioned my thrifty finds with leather cleaner after their purchase. This ensured they would stay in great form for future wear.

The next time you hesitate about purchasing a leather jacket, consider pairing it with a pleated skirt, blanket scarf, or a sequined dress!

Layer leather for a timeless look.

Best,

A
